Green Eggs and Ham
Ingredients
In non-stick skillet add Canadian bacon and cook until slightly brown on both sides. Remove and keep warm. In same skillet add eggs one at a time, cook to preference. Put one warm tortilla on each plate. Place one slice of ham on each tortilla, top with one egg, ¼ cup of sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4.
- 4 corn tortillas
- 4 Eggs
- 4 Slices of Canadian Bacon
- 1 cup Amalia’s Cocina Chili Verde Sauce
- ½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese
