Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 3/4 cup Amalia's Cocina Red Enchilada Sauce
Directions
- On microwaveable plate, place 1 tortilla.
- Add cheese and sauce, spreading them all around the tortilla.
- Place second tortilla on top and microwave for 1-1/2 minutes until bubbly.
- Cut into triangles and serve!
